Salary: $105,000 – $110,000 per year

The Executive Officer/Company Secretary role is critical in ensuring effective corporate governance, regulation, and compliance within our organisation. It provides high level coordination and support to the Board to ensure good governance and administrative practices are implemented and adhered to, requiring deep expertise in understanding corporate processes, customs, policies, legislation, and regulations related to how the organisation is governed, structured, and administered.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Job Title: Administration Officer

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Geraldton, Geraldton, Gascoyne & Midwest WA

Salary: $52,000 – $55,000 per year

The Administration Officer – is a support role for multiple business units, this role acts as the welcoming face of the organisation to maintain a positive first impression of our organisation. The role involves managing the reception area, greeting stakeholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of administrative processes across the organisation. The role requires coordinating appointments, managing incoming calls, emails, data, mail, and stakeholder inquiries. This position will also support the Yamatji Business Support Manager, Ranger Services and the Finance Business Unit with the seamless functioning of our various business operations within the organisation. The role focus is business development across our three pillars: business incubation, regional procurement, and training to support the set-up of new businesses or improve existing businesses in our community.
